Gao Xuefeng, chairman, electrochemical doctor, senior engineer, as domestic battery industry renowned expert, enjoy expert special government allowances of the state council.
1985-1988: gained master degree in electrochemistry major in Harbin Institute of Technology, studied after well-known battery expert Wang Jisan professor, and his graduation thesis of "electrochemical pattern recognition" project won the second prize of aerospace science and technology progress.
1989-1992: as a joint-training doctoral students, he was sent to the central research institute of Japanese on village industrial plant type and clubs, studied after vice director of corrosion institute of Japan Xiaoruozhenglun professor, in the fields of the amorphous alloy electrodeposition, established close contact with electrochemical academics and business people in Japan. After back home, he worked in the field of battery research and development for a long time, made a major contribution for the domestic Ni-MH batteries in the field of research, development and industrialization.
In 1996, he was chosen as the"New Century Talents Project" by National ministry of personnel. In 1997, he was hired as a visiting fellow at the University of Wollongong in Australia, and a senior science and technology adviser by Shenzhen Baoan district people's government. In 2004, he was elected as the president of the South China Battery Association. In 2000, he was awarded the glorious title of "Shenzhen youth science and technology leader" by Shenzhen science and technology and information bureau and the Communist Youth League committee of Shenzhen. In 2001, he won the highest "Warden award" of “The second term science and technology progress award of Shenzhen Baoan district people's government” . In 2006, he was elected as the vice president of Shenzhen Baoan district Songguang science and technology association. He was elected to the people's congress of Guangdong province in 2007. He was identified as "Shenzhen high level talented person" in 2011, and "Shenzhen Baoan district high-level innovative talents of science and technology" in 2015. He was distinguished as member of China's chemical and physical power industry association expert committee in 2015.
The scientific research products, leaded by Gao Xuefeng, has been listed as "National torch plan project", "Key national torch plan project" by ministry of science and technology and the ministry of commerce, general administration of quality supervision, inspection and quarantine and the state environmental protection administration. They won the "the third prize of science and technology progress in Guangdong province", "Guangdong excellent patent award", "Shenzhen science and technology progress prize",and so on. The company was identified as "National high-tech enterprise".
